Our mission is to ensure and monitor the financial health of CPHA. We are passionate about reviewing CPHA Finances on a Monthly Basis, maintaining financial policies; monitoring banking, and ensuring that financial policies are being followed.

Melina Valsecia serves as the Executive Director of the Eagle Valley Community Foundation (EVCF) in Eagle County, Colorado. Under her leadership, EVCF was named the Best Nonprofit of the Year in 2024 by the Vail Valley Partnership.

What dates and times do you meet?

We meet monthly on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, 4-5pm MST.

How can committee members expect communications from your committee?

Committee members are contacted through primarily email.

What are the responsibilities and expectations that you have of committee members?

Review documents prior to meetings, learn, participate, work on small side projects as determined by the finance committee as a whole. Committee members are required to be a member of CPHA.
