Conference Registration
Registration Information
Online registration is subject to closing before Sept 9th if the event is at capacity.
Please Log-In to your account if you have one, prior to registering. This will ensure you are receiving the member rate if you are a member. If you register as a non-member and request a refund for the member rate, there will be a 10% processing fee on the refund.

Onsite registration is subject to availability.
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to CPHA via email. Refund requests received by Monday, August 4, 2025 will receive a full refund. Refunds requests received from August 5th through August 18th will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Refunds requests received from August 19th through August 31st will receive a 50% refund minus a $50 administrative fee. There are no refunds after September 1st or for no-shows. Refunds will be processed 30 days after the event. Substitutions are encouraged.

We know Keystone offers a variety of lodging options, so we’ve put together some helpful information to make it easier for you to navigate and choose the best location for your stay. All of the below options have a shuttle that will take you to and from the Keystone Conference Center.

Lakeside Village & Keystone Lodge- This is the closest option to the conference center at .5 miles away. It offers you the option of the shuttle or walking through the tunnel under the highway

River Run Village, The Springs & Timbers & Lone Eagle - This is 1.4 miles away from the conference center closer to Loveland Pass.

Forest Condominiums- These condos are closer to Dillon and are .6 miles away from the conference center.

Scholarship Opportunity
At CPHA, building meaningful partnerships to advance health and health equity is a major priority. When it comes to ensuring a resilient public health workforce for years to come, there is no more important partnership than the one we forge with public health students and early career professionals. That’s how the Public Health in the Rockies (PHiR) Conference Scholarship Program began.
Scholarship Details

Scholarship recipients will receive complimentary registration to the PHiR conference. We are offering full event scholarships and one day scholarships this year.

We will also reimburse up to $100 of travel expenses through receipts turned in after the conference. This reimbursement can be applied toward lodging or travel costs (mileage or rental car fees). You will be required to handle your own travel logistics including lodging reservations.

Applications will need to be submitted by 12 p.m on July 14th, 2025.

Applicants will receive notification of their status by July 21st, 2025

Eligibility Priority Criteria
The scholarship program enables public health students and early career professionals to attend the annual PHiR conference, the region’s largest gathering of public health professionals.

Be employed in a Public Health, Community related or be in a position that promotes overall health including physical, mental health and spiritual health.

Be an active member of the Colorado Public Health Association
-
Be available for a 1 hour shift of volunteering for the PHIR Conference.

If you meet the eligibility criteria above, please consider applying for the scholarship. You will be asked to answer questions related to your current career status and scholarship needs.​
