CPHA members, stakeholder and partners:

As previously announced at Public health in the Rockies, Colorado Public Health Association has formally made a commitment to embark in the journey to become and Anti-Racist Organization.  While we will be sharing more in the months to come about what this means for CPHA, we have started our internal Board dialogue about the work this will entail and are currently working through the APHA Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion Toolkit for Affiliate Organizations.  We recognized we must engage experts outside our organization to be most effective in this process.  To that end, the CPHA Board of Directors is pleased to release this CPHA Anti-Racism Organization Request for Information and invite you to share in your networks with individual consultants and facilitators and/or organizations specializing in this work.

Thank you, all, for sharing in this journey with us to build a stronger public health movement in this unprecedented times.

On behalf of the CPHA 2020-2021 Board of Directors,
Kim Boyd, RN, NP, ND
President, CPHA President
