Conference Sponsorship

Conference Sponsor and Exhibitor Information

The Conference Sponsors and Exhibitors bring valuable information and resources to this professional education event for which there is no substitute.  Our sponsoring organizations consist of a variety of public health agencies and foundations that provide considerable support without which we could not conduct a high quality conference.  Likewise, our exhibitors represent public health entities and programs that are eager to display products and services and interact with conference attendees.  Your organization can play a significant role in this annual event by becoming a sponsor and/or exhibitor at the conference.

An exhibitor has full access to interact with conference attendees and booth space to display products or services.  In addition to exhibit space, a sponsor receives:

  • A prominent display of your organization's logo on most conference materials
  • A complete attendee list
  • An opportunity to offer a brief address to the full assembly of conference participants during a general session
  • Opportunities to host breaks and social functions
  • A full conference registration for one member of your staff

If you would like to explore exhibitor or sponsorship opportunities in greater detail, or if you have any questions please contact the conference planning committee by email at: conference@coloradopublichealth.org
