The Culture of Data (CoD) conference brings together community members, academia, state/local government and nonprofit organizations that share a goal of achieving health equity. 

The purpose of the conference is to connect community with data, particularly the underserved, communities of color, and other marginalized groups who disproportionately face inequities.

The ongoing objectives of the Culture of Data conference are:

  • To identify and utilize the collection of health data on racial and ethnic populations that will impact health policy and the delivery of health services.
  • To influence research by enhancing the data collection and dissemination process for communities experiencing health disparities.
  • To develop and cultivate relationships and partnerships between communities and researchers seeking to achieve health equity.

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to CPHA via email. Refund requests received by March 6, 2018 will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Refunds received from March 7 - 23, 2018 will receive a 50% refund minus a $25 administrative fee. There are no refunds after March 23 or for no-shows. Refunds will be processed 30 days after the event. Substitutions are encouraged.
